THE VISIONBOX CYCLE TOUR
Most children don’t have their own money and is reliant of parents of others to look after them. We feel that this should not keep them from having access to clear eye vision. Clear vision has been proven to not only aid in their ability to perform in school, but also increases confidence and helps with independence.
The Visionbox team is planning to cycle over 1000km from Bloemfontein to Paarl to raise money for our Kids-C-Free project. The 1000km trip will be cycled in around 10 days on semi-desert gravel roads. The goal will be to cycle around 100km (an estimated 6-7 hours in the saddle) per day. The money will be used to give children the gift of good eyesight.
